A thank you just isn't enough to express our feelings for the wonderful
vacation we had over the Thanksgiving holidays thanks to your services. The
convenience of the minivan with the ramp and the electric scooter as well as
the walker made our trip easy, comfortable and ever so enjoyable.
Traveling with two senior citizens -- one of whom is confined to a
wheelchair --- can be difficult -- but being able to wheel my mother in her
chair up the ramp into the minivan and then load the electric scooter that
my father was using behind it was a gift.
In addition, your consideration in both meeting us at the airport upon
arrival and making sure that all elements of equipment we needed were
available and again meeting us at the airport upon our departure was a true
example of courtesy and professionalism that is often lacking in today's
businesses.
Because of the very excellent service you provided which added to our trip
we are planning another trip back to Florida and will be contacting you
again. We look forward to using your services again and I hope that anyone
who travels with the disabled are fortunate enough to be able to do business
with you.

Just wanted to take time and thank you for all of your wonderful help in
getting a Pride Jazzy 1133 power wheelchair for my dad. My dad was born
with a disability and only has use of one hand. After cancer treatments his
bones became weak and he fell, fracturing his hip. After a plate was put in
to heal him, his one leg was now at least 2 inches shorter than the other
one and he now has a very difficult time walking. An insurance company
rejected to purchase a power chair for my dad due to the fact that he was
not completely bed ridden. You were by far the most helpful person, and I
contacted many Pride providers on the Internet. The power chair works
perfectly and my dad is overjoyed with it. May God bless you for all of the
hard work you do for the disabled.

My wife and I were on our first cruise together and
were really looking forward to it. I'm 59 years old and retired on
disability and she is 53 and works as an executive secretary. We had both
been of several cruises before and had done a great deal of planning for
this cruise, our first cruise together. I require oxygen 24 hours a day and
need a wheelchair or scooter to get around. I can stand and walk short
distances. We had made arrangements with Discount Mobility USA to provide me with a three wheel scooter and an oxygen concentrator
and several small oxygen tanks, which was to be delivered to our stateroom

I want to tell you what a wonderful experience it
was not only, to meet you personally, but also to have the opportunity to
regain my independence and be able to travel again. Since I have had COPD my
life style has been curtailed to say the least. The freedom that your system
afforded me on our recent cruise was like experiencing the fountain of
youth. Not only was the system everything it was supposed to be, but your
response to a perceived problem was not only immediate it was as
comprehensive as though you were standing over my shoulder guiding me
through the steps necessary to determine that there wasn't a problem. I have
provided the pulmonary rehab team at INOVA Faifax Hospital with your
information so that others with pulmonary illnesses can take advantage of
