We want to thank you deeply for giving us back a treasured part of
our lives. When my emphysema progressed to requiring oxygen 24/7 five years
ago, we grieved that extended international travel seemed over. Your
tremendous Inogen One oxygen system made possible - and delightful - our
wonderful stay in Paris and Peter Deilmann cruise up the Seine to the
Normandy coast - with great motoring and walking excursions though
Versailles, Monet's gardens at Giverny, the cathedral town of Rouen,
beautiful sea-side Honfleur. The Inogen One concentratot/conserver worked
spectacularly: plugged into power on land, sea , air and driving (in cars,
taxis, motorcoaches and minivans!), and with its powerful lithium batteries
in its comfortable shoulder bag or carrying cart. Its clarity and
reliability made us relaxed and confident, and its unbelievable compactness
(not bigger than a big Tide bottle!) made it both easy and discreet for me
and my friend to handle. Many inquired about it, and we were delighted to
give information on your Discount Mobility USA and Inogen.
We also wanted to thank you and your Discount
Mobility USA staff for your tremendous professionalism and follow-through
when we had a complication in Paris. It was confidence-inspiring.
