What information is required to rent a van?                    [back]

All drivers must be over 21 and provide current driver's license numbers and proof of US insurance information as well as address and phone numbers.  All drivers must provide their own insurance or take out our insurance that we make available .  

How do I make a reservation?                                             [back]

Call us at our toll-free number, 800- 308-2503, or fill out our Quote Request Form, or send us an e-mail at info@discountmobilityusa.com.   Let us know the dates you want to rent the van and airport arrival and departure information or delivery location. Our representative will discuss your plans via the telephone.  A non-refundable deposit of $100 or 10% of the total (which ever is greater) is required to hold your reservation.

What kind of vans are available?                                         [back]

Accessible Minivans & Accessible Full Size Vans are available with rear and side entry. We also make available Saab Convertibles with a rear hitch for those that can transfer.   

Where do you deliver the vans?                                          [back]

We can meet you at the Orlando Intl Airport, Sanford International Airport, Palm Beach Intl. Airport - Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Miami Intl. Airport when you fly into Florida, no matter what time your flight arrives.  For other locations in the state of Florida, please call us.

How much does it cost and what fees are involved?    [back]

For a quote, please fill-out our Quote Request Form  Generally, the breakdown of fees is as follows:  daily rental rate, delivery/return fee, and applicable taxes.  There is never a charge for mileage.  Vans are delivered to the customer with a Full  Tank of gasoline and returned with the same.  Fuel costs during the rental period are the customer's responsibility.  Payment for the rental is due at delivery.

We gladly accept VISA and Master Card.
